Red Bakelite North Electric Telephone
Please do not use the ebay shipping calculator, it is incorrect. Here we have a vintage north electric telephone. These nroth electric phones are not difficult to find. As long as you want black. This si a red bakelite model. The phone has new cloth cords and i tried it to. Teh extent that i could. I do not have a conventional land line but i tried it on the internet phone service. It did ring but not as loudly as hte old western electric phones that i am used to. I could hear on it just fine. But was unable to use a rotary dial on the internet phone service to make a call. There is a chip on the bottom edge of the case in back of the phone just above the foot as shown. Also the finger wheel is not attached to the dial. It is not damaged but i do not know what the trick is to. Lock it ni place on the dial. If anyone could offer some advice on how to attach the fingre wheel it would be. Most welcome. Item sold as is for parts or restoration, if there are any questions please ask.
